ولكي يسهل عليكِ استعمالها:
فإنك يمكنك أن تقومي بإذابة بعضًا من زبدة الشيا لديك، ومن ثم يمكنك استعمال كرة قطنية صغيرة ووضعها في زبدة الشيا المذابة ومن ثم يتم استعمالها على الجلد.
زيت ثمر الورد
في حال كانت بشرتك حساسة ويمكن أن تتعرض لحب الشباب بسهولة أو دهنية، فإنك تستطيعين الآن أن تقومي باستعمال زيت ثمر الورد، والذي يعمل على مكافحة مشكلة حب الشباب ومحاربة الجلد المتهيج والتقليل من أي احمرار والتخفيف من حب الشباب.
بالإضافة إلى ذلك، فإن زيت ثمر الورد قادر على منح البشرة الترطيب الذي تحتاجه، وهو كذلك يقوم بعملية تقليل من الندبات التي تتواجد في البشرة ومن ثم يقوم بتوحيد لون البشرة، وهو كذلك يحل الكثير من المشاكل التي تصيب البشرة مثل الخطوط الدقيقة والتجاعيد والندبات والإكزيما الصدفية.
بالإضافة إلى أنه يحل مشكلة تغير لون البشرة والبقع العمرية وعلامات التمدد وغيرها، وإضافة إلى أنه مرطب مميز للغاية، فإنه من الممكن أن يتم إدخاله في نظام العناية بالبشرة المعتاد وذلك نتيجة ما يقوم به من فوائد مميزة ومختلفة.
ولطريقة الإستعمال:
فإنه من الممكن أن يتم استخدام زيت ثمرة الورد الأصلي من خلال مزج ثلاث قطرات من زيت الورد مع زيت آخر مناسب للبشرة ومن ثم يتم استعماله بمعدل مرتين يوميًا.
مزيج زيت اللوز مع الصبار وزيت جوز الهند
يعتبر ذلك المزيج من الأمزجة الثلاثة التي يمكنها أن تعمل كمجموعة زيوت مرطبة خاصة بالبشرة الدهنية، ويرجع ذلك للصبار وهو أحد مكونات تلك المجموعة وهو يعر بقوامه الخفيف والخصائص المتعددة والمختلفة في عملية ترطيب البشرة، وكذلك زيت جوز الهند وهو زيت غني بمضادات الأكسدة والفيتامين E وهو ما يجعله الأفضل.
بينما يعد زيت اللوز من الزيوت المليئة بالأحماض الدهنية والتي تعمل مثل المرطب الطبيعي للبشرة وهي كذلك تحبس الرطوبة لمدة أطول، بالإضافة إلى أنها تقوم على امتصاص الدهون لزائدة التي تقوم بسد المسام وهو ما يجعله يترك بشرتك بشكل متوهج ومشع.
الكيفية التي يتم التطبيق بها:
يمكنك ببساطة أن تقومي بمزج 4 ملاعق كبيرة الحجم من مادة الصبار ومن ثم تضعين ملعقتين كبيرتين من زيت اللوز ويمكنك بعدها إضافة زيت جوز الهند، ومن ثم يتم تقليب الخليط جيدًا حتى يصبح مزيج متماسك ويعبأ بعدها داخل الزجاجة، يمكنك تطبيق تلك العملية مرتين بشكل يومي للحصول على نتائج مميزة.
خليط الموز والعسل والحليب
الموز يعد واحد من المكونات الأساسية التي تتواجد في المرطبات الطبيعية للبشرة الدهنية ويرجع ذلك إلى أن الموز مصدر غني بالبوتاسيوم والألياف والكالسيوم والفيتامين سي، ويمد البشرة بالكثير من الفوائد المختلفة.
يعد العسل من المرطبات الطبيعية الشهيرة، فهو يقوم بحبس الماء داخل البشرة مما يحافظ على الرطوبة وقت أطول وهو يترك البشرة ناعمة وتتمتع بالنضارة والترطيب لساعات أكثر، بالإضافة إلى الحليب الذي يحتوي على خصائص طبيعية تعمل على تفتيح البشرة وترطيبها.
وعند قيامك بجمع كل تلك المكونات معًا في مكان واحد، فإنك يمكنك الحصول على بشرة متوهجة وناعمة ورطبة، حيث أن ذلك المزيج يتمتع بمقدار كبير من الفيتامينات وغيرها من العناصر الغذائية وهو ما يجعل كل تلك المكونات تتصف بأنها أفضل مرطب لبشرة الدهنية.
كيفية التطبيق:
يمكنك هرس موزة واحدة طازجة حتى تتمكني من الحصول على مزيج ناعم، ومن ثم يمكنك إضافة ملعقة صغيرة من العسل ومعها ملعقتين كبيرتين من اللبن الخام، وبعد مزج الخليط بشكل جيد، يمكنك وضع المزيج على وجهك لمدة حوالي 30 دقيقة ومن ثم يمكنك تدليك وجهك بلطف ويغسل بعدها بالماء البارد.
مزيج زيت الزيتون والليمون والحليب
وهو واحد من أفضل المرطبات التي تخص البشرة الدهنية التي قد تتعرض لحب الشباب ، حيث أن زيت الزيتون يتمتع بخصائص طبيعية تعد مضادة للميكروبات وهو واحد من الأمور الفعالة في القضاء على حب الشباب، ويساعد الليمون على إفراز الدهون الزائدة وهو ما يجعل الوجه خالي من الزيوت لوقت طويل.
طريقة التطبيق:
يمكنك خلط المكونات معًا ومن ثم يمكنك تحريكهم بشكل جيد ومن ثم يمكنك وضعها على الوجه باستعمال كرة قطنية صغيرة.
